Gelato is Italian style ice-cream. At Fritz, we follow the traditional Italian gelato-

making technique with modern influences. We don’t use artificial colors and flavours,

only quality fresh ingredients.

Gelato is

• Made fresh daily. It has a short shelf life as we don’t use preservatives
• Less Fat – we use milk not cream. Milk has an 4% fat content compared to
• cream, which has a >15% fat content
• Less Air – some commercial ice creams are 80% air
• Fresh ingredients – Fruits and nuts

Sorbet and yoghurt are 100% gluten free.

Sorbet are 100% dairy free.

Ice-cream and yoghurt are not.

Sorbet are 100% fat free.

The ice-cream and yoghurt are 94-99% fat free depending on the amount of

chocolate and nuts.

The sorbet are 100% egg free.

Most of our ice-cream are except vanilla, tiramisu, plum pudding, cassata and

flavours with biscuit inclusions.

No , unfortunately we feel that would compromis their taste 😉

Sorbet are 100% lactose free.

Ice-cream and yoghurt are not.

It is best eaten the day of purchase. We follow the traditional Italian gelato-making

techniques; however we don’t use artificial colors and flavours, only quality fresh

ingredients. It keeps in the freezer for up to 2 months, but fresh is best.

It is made daily at our Richmond store.

Yes we offer 3 sizes of Home pack so you can enjoy your delicious Fritz Gelato at home!

• Small – up to 2 flavours
• Regular – up to 3 flavours
• Grande – up to 4 flavours

We offer both Cups and Cones in the following sizes

• Small cup is 2 flavours
• Regular cup is 3 flavours
• Grande cup is  4 flavours

Cones

• Kids scoop is a tiny taste
• 1 scoop is just for me
• 2 scoops is a tease
• 3 scoops is the best
• 4 scoops is for lovers
